USE OF OUR ONLINE SHOP:
We cannot sell alcohol to anyone under 18. By using this website you are confirming that you are at least 18 years of age.
You, the buyer, are responsible for making sure the details you provide are correct and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse any order.
PAYMENT:
You can pay for a Product using any of the payment methods listed at the payment stage of the checkout process.
Payment for the Product and all applicable delivery charges is in advance. If payment using the card details which you provide fails we will be unable to process your order.
Our liability to you for your order will not exceed the total price charged for the products and services ordered.
Wild Thyme Spirits Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order received and refund the order to the cardholder.
PRICES:
All prices we quote are in GB Pounds, and include UK VAT and Excise Duty. If you are ordering from outside of the UK the exchange rate changes constantly and your card provider or Stripe use their own exchange rate. We are not liable for fluctuations in the exchange rate or for charges that your card provider or Stripe might levy on you. If you are ordering from outside the UK you may be liable for local tax and excise duties. It is up to you to check this.
DELIVERY INFORMATION:
Deliveries are sent by Royal Mail, we can arrange a courier to deliver large orders if you contact us via info@wildthymespirits.com or telephone 01951 200082. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. International orders will be delivered by an international courier.
We dispatch orders of up to 3 bottles, by Royal Mail first class signed for on the next available ferry. The bottles will arrive in individual boxes. Please contact us for delivery prices on orders of 4 bottles or more.
We are located on the remote Hebridean island of Colonsay where wild and windy weather sometimes mean we are isolated from the mainland and/or internet access. We will endeavour to process and dispatch your orders quickly but cannot be held liable for delays caused by the weather and/or third party ferry operators.
STOCK AVAILABILITY:
At times we may be out of stock. We aim to provide this information on our website. If we cannot complete your order we will contact you within 2 working days of your order request.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
We work to make sure that all deliveries arrive in a timely manner and are packaged well. When you get your package please check carefully and notify us immediately if you have the wrong item, or if it has been damaged. If goods are damaged you should contact us straight away via email: info@wildthymespirits.com or call: 01951 200082, within 2 working days of receipt.
If an order is damaged in transit; batch details, tracking details and photographic evidence of damaged goods may be required before replacement goods or refunds can be arranged.
Returns must be returned unopened, sealed and in the original packaging. Once the order is returned and processed, Wild Thyme Spirits Ltd will refund in the same manner as payment was received, within 30 days. Return postage will be the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend using either a tracked or signed for service when returning an order, as loss or damage of goods being returned is the responsibility of the cardholder returning the order.
Wild Thyme Spirits Ltd cannot be held responsible for parcels which are not delivered due to incorrect information given by the customer.
Data:
We hold data about the customers who buy from us, such as your name and address. We do not hold any financial information about you, or any credit card details. We will use your information to send you newsletters, offers and promotions, to understand our customer base through analysing buying patterns, and other such general marketing and promotional activities.
Drinks:
All spirits sold by the glass are 50ml measures. All gin tastings are 20ml measures.
