38% ABV Colonsay Gin aged in a sherry wood cask for no more than 725 hours.
Named after Sucellus the Celtic God of alcohol renowned for always carrying a wooden cask to provide liquid sustenance to his subjects.
This ultra small batch limited edition is only available in 10cl bottles.
Full of flavour, with smokey floral notes to the fore.
Serve with Premium Fever Tree Tonic over ice and with a garnish of red grapefruit.
