We work to make sure that all deliveries arrive in a timely manner and are packaged well. When you get your package please check carefully and notify us immediately if you have the wrong item, or if it has been damaged. If goods are damaged you should contact us straight away via email: email@example.com or call: 01951 200082, within 2 working days of receipt.
If an order is damaged in transit; batch details, tracking details and photographic evidence of damaged goods may be required before replacement goods or refunds can be arranged.
Returns must be returned unopened, sealed and in the original packaging. Once the order is returned and processed, Wild Thyme Spirits Ltd will refund in the same manner as payment was received, within 30 days. Return postage will be the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend using either a tracked or signed for service when returning an order, as loss or damage of goods being returned is the responsibility of the cardholder returning the order.
Wild Thyme Spirits Ltd cannot be held responsible for parcels which are not delivered due to incorrect information given by the customer.
We hold data about the customers who buy from us, such as your name and address. We do not hold any financial information about you, or any credit card details. We will use your information to send you newsletters, offers and promotions, to understand our customer base through analysing buying patterns, and other such general marketing and promotional activities.
All spirits sold by the glass are 50ml measures. All gin tastings are 20ml measures.
Deliveries are sent by Royal Mail, we can arrange a courier to deliver large orders if you contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 01951 200082. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. International orders will be delivered by an international courier.
We dispatch orders of up to 3 bottles, by Royal Mail first class signed for on the next available ferry. The bottles will arrive in individual boxes. Please contact us for delivery prices on orders of 4 bottles or more.
We are located on the remote Hebridean island of Colonsay where wild and windy weather sometimes mean we are isolated from the mainland and/or internet access. We will endeavour to process and dispatch your orders quickly but cannot be held liable for delays caused by the weather and/or third party ferry operators.
